Brand Story
In 1989, Chen Hsu-Chu’s father established Taiwan’s first modern temperature-controlled warehouse in Wugu, marking an early milestone in the development of automated cold chain operations in Taiwan.
In 1993, Chairman Chen Hsu-Chu founded Roundday Logistics and built a nationwide cold chain network, providing reliable cold chain delivery across Taiwan.
In 2020, Roundday expanded into post-harvest handling and fresh-cut produce operations, integrating pre-cooling, scientific ripening, and AI scheduling to provide ready-to-use fresh ingredients.
Today, Roundday Group has evolved into an integrated food supply platform, delivering ingredients at the right time and in optimal condition—creating long-term value for customers and partners.
Milestones
▌ Roundday 1.0 / Beginning of Cold Chain
FRESH & FREQ, FRESH ＆ FULL, and FRESH & EMPIRE were founded, playing a key role in developing Taiwan’s refrigerated storage industry. Roundday Logistics was also established, building a nationwide cold chain logistics network across Taiwan.
1990 FRESH & FREQ CO., LTD. founded.
1993 RD&D COLD LOGISTICS CO., LTD. founded.
1996 FRESH ＆ FULL CO., LTD. founded.
2001 FRESH & EMPIRE CO., LTD. founded.
2001 Wugu Distribution Center established.
2003 Fresh & Empire Distribution Center became Taiwan’s first bonded warehouse for refrigerated storage.

We expanded our logistics network across Taiwan with new distribution centers and automated warehouses, while introducing WMS and investing in logistics technology.
2006 Warehouse Management System (WMS) implemented.
2011 Renwu Distribution Center established.
2012 Huwei Distribution Center established.
2012 Guanyin Distribution Center established.
2014 Roundday International Logistics Inc. founded.
2015 Fresh ＆ Fast Cold Chain Technology Co., Ltd. founded.
▌ Roundday 3.0 / Transformation & Upgrade
Expansion into eastern Taiwan completed nationwide cold chain coverage, while the PABP and Dalin Fresh Food Smart Logistics Parks introduced integrated fresh food supply services and launched a fresh produce brand.
2019 Taitung Station established.
