We provide insurance, health resources, and structured safety and reporting systems to support employee well-being.

We provide annual health check-ups and monitor the well-being of all employees, with particular focus on those working in low-temperature environments.

Weekly safety training is provided for drivers to enhance safety awareness and practices.

Automation across warehousing, processing, and fleet monitoring helps reduce operational risks.

Guided by our founder’s belief that education can transform lives, Roundday Group continues to bring educational resources to underserved communities.

Since 2019, Roundday Group has supported rural education by partnering with local schools to provide after-school, evening, and weekend programs—helping students thrive in both learning and daily life.

We also provide case-based support and emergency aid to ensure students can continue their education despite financial or unforeseen challenges.

In addition, experiential programs introduce students to diverse career paths and industries—including cold chain logistics, food safety, and sustainability—helping build confidence, strengthen motivation, and broaden their outlook for the future.

Additional Contributions

  • Donated 271 refurbished computers and equipment to the ASUS Foundation under its digital inclusion program, reducing an estimated 4.904 tCO₂e in emissions.

  • Sponsored the Green Dining Guide with NTD 50,000 to support a low-waste Mazu pilgrimage, promoting plastic reduction and minimizing single-use tableware.

  • Launched a company-wide receipt donation campaign, contributing 2,749 receipts in 2025 to support organizations such as Eden Social Welfare Foundation.

  • Supported organizations including Genesis Social Welfare Foundation by providing discounted logistics services and material transportation.
