Governance

Since 2024, Roundday Group has implemented a sustainability governance framework, establishing the Sustainable Development Committee to integrate ESG strategies across the organization and address stakeholder expectations.

The Sustainable Development Committee, chaired by the Chairman and composed of senior executives, serves as the Group’s highest sustainability governance body, overseeing ESG strategy, execution, and performance, and reporting regularly to the Board.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set sustainability strategies and short-, medium-, and long-term targets

  • Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of ESG initiatives

  • Evaluate and enhance sustainability governance mechanisms

  • Report sustainability performance to the Board on a regular basis

The Committee is supported by Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Governance teams, which drive cross-functional collaboration and execution. Approved targets are implemented by responsible departments and integrated into annual KPIs, ensuring alignment with business strategy. The Sustainability Office serves as the central coordinating unit.

Materiality Assessment

The Sustainability Committee conducts annual materiality assessments based on double materiality to identify key ESG priorities.

Key focus topics for 2025–2026 include:

  • Environmental: Energy efficiency and carbon reduction, renewable energy, and circular economy

  • Social: Food safety education, sustainability culture, and community initiatives

  • Governance: Smart logistics innovation and R&D, and enhanced information security management
