Located within the RD&D Dalin Fresh Food Smart Logistics Park, Taiwan’s first BOO (Build–Own–Operate) regional cold chain logistics center developed through a public–private partnership supported by the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA). Operational since 2022, the center is strategically located near major fruit and vegetable production areas and integrates pre-cooling, temperature-controlled storage, processing, distribution processing, and e-commerce distribution.
